The search is on to find the "Best Places to Work in Orange County."  The program is open to all Orange County organizations that meet the eligibility requirements.  To be eligible for consideration, companies must meet the following criteria:

• Be a publicly or privately held business
• Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity
• Have a facility in Orange County
  
• Have a minimum of 15  full-time or part-time employees working in Orange County
• Must be in business a minimum of one year

The "Best Places to Work in Orange County" program will attempt to rank companies in three company size categories:

Best Places to Work for Small-Sized companies (15-24 employees)*
Best Places to Work for Medium-Sized Companies (25-249 employees)
Best Places to Work for Large-Sized Companies (250 employees or more)
 
The "Best Places to Work in Orange County" results and rankings will be simultaneously published by the Orange County Business Journal and posted on this Web site.

*  Due to the large number of smaller companies in Orange County, we have created a "small-sized company" category that will give companies in this category a chance to compete with one another and take advantage of the other program benefits such as purchasing the Employee Feedback Report.  To ensure the credibility of the information, companies in this category must have an 80% (or better) response rate from their employees filling out the survey.
